Acceptance of Terms: By booking and attending this trip, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our terms and conditions.

Assumption of Risk: By participating, you accept any potential risks associated with the activities during the trip.
- Age and Pet Restrictions: This trip is open only to attendees aged 21 years or above unless otherwise specified in the event details. Pets are not allowed.

Dress Code: Attendees are advised to wear suitable outdoor clothing and hiking or sports-style shoes for safety and comfort.

Respectful Environment: Discussions or attire related to politics and religion are not permitted on this trip.

Public Conduct: Public displays of intimacy are prohibited. All attendees must adhere to Saudi Arabian laws and cultural guidelines.

Prohibited Substances: Drugs and alcohol are strictly prohibited during the trip.

No-Show Policy: Unjustified no-shows will be required to pay the full trip fee.

Environmental Responsibility: Littering at the campsite or during activities is not allowed. All waste (e.g., bottles, bags, paper, tissue) must be disposed of properly.

Media Sharing: Photography, videography, and social media sharing are permitted, provided that other attendees are not included without their consent.

Respect for Attendees: Attendees must show respect toward each other at all times. Any reports of disturbance or misconduct will be dealt with appropriately.

Transportation: For those without suitable transportation, we provide bus transport to and from the campsite.

Navigation Requirement: To navigate the desert, you must download and use either “Wikiloc” or “Gaia,” which saves the route to and from the campsite.

Trip Modifications: Trip details may be subject to change on the day of the event without prior notice.

Refund Policy: Full refunds are available for cancellations made up to one day before the event, with transaction fees deducted. Cancellations on or after the event day are non-refundable.
